We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help just reach out within that timeframe to begin the process or start your return here
What’s Eligible
To qualify for a return, items must be sent back exactly as received:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Original condition with all tags attached

Free from stains, deodorant marks, fragrance, makeup, pet hair, or smoke

Returned in original packaging (when applicable)

Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or use not caused by us.
Return Options
All approved returns are issued as:

An exchange (size, color, or another item), or
-
Store credit (delivered digitally as a gift card or credit code)
- Refunds to the original payment method
If your return qualifies for a refund, we’ll notify you once it’s received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We recommend returning your item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the piece you want—easy and seamless.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for cancellation or return within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
