Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery timing depends on the shipping option you choose. Youβll see an estimated delivery window at checkout. For more details by location, refer to our Delivery page
Is Johanna Pearl going to cover shipping fees for my order?
Complementary shipping is provided on all orders above $150 USD. Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Can I ship my order to a post office box, APO or FPO address
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO or freight forwarding addresses.
Where will my order be shipped from
All orders are typically shipped domestically. If an item isnβt available at the fulfillment center closest to you, it may ship from one of our locations in Houston, Los Angeles, Wuxi City, or Veneto. Once your order is on its way, youβll receive one or more emails with tracking details for each package. No additional taxes or duties will be charged on your items.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item
You may withdraw your purchase or request an exchange by notifying Johanna Pearl within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is submitted, items must be returned as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 7 days after your notice.
To start a return or exchange, simply visit our returns portal and enter your order details to submit your request.
Please note that personalized items are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange.
I received a product from Johanna Pearl as a gift. Can I return it?
Gift orders placed online follow the same return policy as all other online purchases. To process a return or exchange for a gift weβll need to locate the original transaction to confirm eligibility. This is usually quick and can be done with the purchaserβs full name, email address, or order number.
Please note that any approved refunds for gift returns are issued only to the original form of payment. Online exchanges will ship to the original shipping address listed on the order, and updated tracking information will be sent to the purchaserβs email.
How longs does it take to get my refund or exchange?
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification.Β
It can take up to 10 business days before you see the refund back on your account, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment.
For exchanges, please allow an additional 48 hour processing time for the new item(s) to be prepared and dispatched. When complete, a shipment confirmation and tracking number for your new exchange order will be generated.
Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak season.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders canβt be canceled directly through the site, but weβre happy to help. If youβd like to request a cancellation, please contact us at help@johannapearl.com.
Please note that cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we canβt guarantee that the order can be stopped once processing has begun.
Order & Tracking
Where is my order?
Once your order is approved, youβll receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after the confirmation email is sent.
Can I change my order after payment?
An order cannot be changed once the merchandise has been processed by our warehouse. This usually takes 24 hours after the initial payment. Before our warehouse has started processing the order, we can update the size or color of the item.Β

Can I add items to my existing order?
We are unable to add items to any existing order. Additional items must be handled as a separate order. If the first order has not already been processed at our logistical center, we might be able to combine the orders. To improve your chances of receiving all items in the same shipment, please contact us with your request at hello@johannapearl.com
What if the item I recieved is not what I ordered or is damaged?
If the item you receive is incorrect or damaged, please contact us atΒ hello@johannapearl.com immediately orΒ click here to initiate an return. Please do not attempt to repair or return the item before contacting us.
My address is incorrect on my order. Can I change it?
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@johannapearl.com
You order's shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped.
