If any part of your order ships from outside the U.S., this will be clearly noted in your order confirmation email. You may receive multiple tracking emails if your order ships in separate packages.

Johanna Pearl is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
If the error is on our end, we’ll take full responsibility and replace your order at no additional cost.
